2D animation - video introduction (for social media)

I'm looking for a creative video animator who can make a simple animation (~10s). This animation will be used as an intro to a video where a particular student is performing a music piece.
I'm looking for someone who can play upon the idea of an explainer video.
1. I want text A to appear handwritten in large and bold font.
2. Text B appears.
3. A cartoon house to pop up.
4. We zoom into the house, as if to look through the window, where we see the living room with a piano, sofa and ceiling light.
5. Then the video of the student will start.
I will take care of step 5 myself, and I'm using DaVinci Resolve 16.
Kindly reply with your portfolio and estimated time to complete this project. Preference will be given if this could be done with Resolve, but not a requirement. I am really looking for your creative and proactive input!
