Web2.0 UI Application Designer

I am looking for someone to help design the user interface for my online web application. The user should have strong design skills with special attention to Web2.0 guidelines. The user should also be able to create valid HTML/CSS markup and experience with JQuery is a massive bonus as we will be reusing many of the JQuery components (i.e Calendars, validation, UI animations).
All candidates MUST have a portfolio or the ability to demonstrate that they have the desired style aspect of what we are trying to achieve.

If you have time and want to show us what you can do then we would appreciate an example design concept to demonstrate that you have what we are looking for. It is only in terms of your ability so you do not need to spend too long.
The design brief is as follows:
The application is a web based application to manange customer data and schedule jobs based on a frequency. The user can also maintain their expenses and view all their outstanding debts as well as raise invoices and report on their business. A similar type application would be something like [url removed, login to view]
The application will have a header, footer and main content area.
The application will be centered in the browser.
The header will contain a company name, who the user is logged in as, log out button, messages, my account link and a global search box
The main navigation will consist of the following tabs Dashboard, Jobs & Estimates, Expenses, Schedule, Debts, Reports, Accounts, Tools
The example page should show the user being able to add an expense. The page will have a page title, a help button, the form to fill in with a few example fields, a submit button.
