Training Program Manager

Who we are:

We are a Boston-based sales consultancy that develops and executes global development programs for senior high technology Sales and Services leaders. Our programs focus on the development of business, financial, industry and technology management skills.

The Role:

As a Training Program Manager you will be responsible for delivery planning and program management for one or more of our advanced sales development workshops. At a tactical level you will work with client management to plan and schedule delivery resources including our staff, client staff and any Partner company resources that are involved. You will tailor courseware for specific deliveries and prepare/brief all resources to ensure the highest quality program execution. You will attend many of these programs as our behind-the-scenes orchestrator and delivery team coach to ensure flawless execution and work real time problems. You are viewed by us and our clients as the most knowledgeable person on program elements, materials, content, methods and logistics.

Qualifications:

You come from a high technology sales training department or a sales performance management training company. You have experience working with clients, instructors, consultants, and executives. Through formal training or experience you have developed basic instructional design skills for both FTF and VILT. You are knowledgeable about basic IT/computing industry challenges, industry players, and basic cloud and hybrid computing technologies. Strong PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Zoom skills required
