Photorealistic 3D implementation of a ladies' shoe

Hello, to start with, I need a quote for the client and some references before I can start the job.
The client wants a photorealistic 3D model of his ladies' shoe. It is a suede ballerina shoe where you can see the seam of the leather. On the bottom of the shoe is a black rubber sole with nubs. The special thing about it, this ballerina shoe is available in 16 different colours. One type in 16 different colors. And each of these 16 variants has a different coloured strap.
The task for you would be:
1) Create a model
2) Create a surface (shader / texture / etc)
3) Define 16 colors
4) Set lights
5) Set up 2-3 camera positions on white background
6) Define render settings
I would prefer to see the implementation in Blender ([login to view URL]) and need the file in fbx or similar format.
Since I cannot estimate 100% how much effort the implementation will require, we can discuss this with each other.
