Make Modifications to Architectural 3ds Max V-Ray Model

We have a model of a historic building, the Texas School Book Depository. It is located in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, Texas.

The model needs several modifications:
(1) Add the Hertz Clock to the roof of the building.
(2) Add two USPS mailboxes to the sidewalk, by the building's entrance.
(3) Add two ceiling lamps to the building's entrance. The one inside should be turned on, the one outside should be turned off.
(4) Add the text "NO PARKING" to the curve of the sidewalk. The actual color is unknown. Use black.
(5) There is a small defect in the lower left corner of the building's entrance. Fix it.
(6) The two signs in the corner should be green with a yellow border. Use precise lettering.
(7) The large sign at the entrance should be composed of four parts, with the leftmost gap more visible.
(8) The windows of the top 2 floors are incomplete. They are white now. Make them look like the lower floors.
(9) The color and texture of the bricks should be close to the reference images.
Notes:
I rarely hire Freelancers without evaluations. You MUST have experience with projects similar to this: large, architecture, done in 3ds Max and V-Ray.
There is no real, solid deadline. I rather have quality work than work done in a hurry. You will get an "On Time" evaluation.
