CAD Drawings To Make Molds For Hard Plastic Fishing Lure.

I have an existing fishing lure that my father patented back in 1972. I'm reintroducing it with some slight changes and I need someone to make the 3D CAD drawings for the factory to be able to make a prototype and then the molds.
I can supply drawings, photographs of the existing product, detailed specifications and even a hard sample of the original lure; however, I only have a couple of the originals left and they are precious, so I'm reluctant to ship them and would prefer to work with someone local here in SoCal or have some kind of assurances the sample will be returned.
The designer must agree that this is a work for hire agreement and that the intellectual property will pass to me. This is a patented product that is being re-introduced to the market and the design cannot be used in a portfolio or displayed on the internet at any time.
I would also prefer a designer designer who some experience actually fishing with crank baits.
Photos will be provided. If things go well, we have a whole bunch of other lures we want to design in a variety of sizes and styles so this could lead to a lot more work and even a full time CAD position.
Spoke with the 3D prototyper and the factory. They prefer SolidWorks, and will accept the following files: .spl, .spp, .slbprt or .igs.
