Do some 3D Modelling

I need to get three buildings (really snazzy skyscrapers) rendered for unity 3D.
Each floor needs to be independent so that it can be dragged out within unity itself. You will be working with a unity developer. It would be nice to have detail on the building such as office desks and chairs, people.. maybe some cars in the car park.
The buildings will need a super snazzy mode and a wire frame mode. Time frame 8 - 10 days.
