Whiteboard Animation (hand writing)

Greetings

I'm looking to have designed a "whiteboard animation" to be included in a children's ebook

It's focus is teaching children "aged 4 to 5 years"

How to write the letters.

Essentially the animation draws each letter in turn (Upper case as well as lower case) according to a specified font (attached)

The letters are formed to show the shape of the letter and then reformed over the top of the original in a bolder different coloured line (see attached example)

Needs to be able to run on iBooks and android compatible ebooks in ePub or similar format. I plan to have it embedded in the page to run automatically when that page is turned to... And only cuts off when next page is selected.

Needs to be simple... And able to work on both tablet and phone screens... I'm no expert I'm open to suggestions on more effective ways to facilitate.
