The objective of this project is to outsource the optimal functioning of an existing J2EE Saas application that it's exploited know on a server hosted in France. And a website hosted in the US. The different project parts are: 1. Keeping the server in operation and ensure quality of service. 2. Corrective Software maintenance: debug the existing error on time to time. 3. Adaptive Software maintenance: to adapt the application and the software environments to the technologies evolutions. All these items must be associated with a testing strategy. The supplier must have a test architecture that allows it to reproduce exactly the normal functioning of the system. This will be a written commitment of the contractor. This project will be entrusted to a medium or a large size company. It will NOT be entrusted to a single worker or a small team. After a trial period of 3 months, and if the result is conclusive, we will offer the contractor a one-year contract. The proposal you have to do now should only be based on a cost per month.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
