we are a small health and wellness centre, and I need someone to do skype telesales and customer service training with my team members individually on a weekly basis, providing coaching and going over recorded calls to improve their skills. Sales training is key to focus on rapport, agreement and increasing our sales -return sales- upselling-improving customer relations-keeping clients on their scheduled program- and reducing no shows. We need our centre to grow and become more profitable as soon as possible.
