Call Center for Courier Delivery Service

Make out bound calls to local business and offer them our delivery service in Las Vegas, Nevada USA
Answer inbound calls. We have dialer for international and local calls
We want customers who need everyday delivery. We have 2 options for customers to make payment
To find leads and businesses phone numbers you have to go online to ( White pages ) click businesses, and in the search bar enter the type of business you want to call for example Flower shops and then enter the city Las Vegas, NV USA This will give you a free list with businesses phone numbers and details.
You will gather all details from the lead/Customer For Example How many deliveries per day - How many packages going to the same place
There will be a 2 to 3 day trial period each day 2 hours. you will get paid for the trial. If you do good and close at least one deal we will increase your hours and increase your pay and you will also get commission from the closed deal. If you dont do well end the trial period we will end your trial and move forward to the next agent.

( First option ) is for 1 time delivery. Customer with 1 delivery can book delivery on our website and make payment. The customer can track the delivery in real time GPS on the website and get signed proof of delivery
First enter your details, then click vehicles on the map top right and select the type that will best fit your delivery size. We recommend Sedan for small to Medium boxes, items, packages. We recommend truck for large boxes, Appliances, Furniture. click continue, enter contact info. Then click continue again and view price before payment. Book Pickup and Delivery 30 to 60 minutes prior to your scheduled time. PUDO drivers are required to take photo of the item at Pickup. We have a referral program designed to lower your cost of delivery by recruiting customers to use PUDO Courier Delivery Service. We only accept major credit cards.
( Second option ) is for customers who have everyday multiple delivery. These customers will get a quote price depending on the type of items is being delivered, like size and weight and location and the number of deliveries per day. you will get all this information and forward it to us and we create a quote price and send it back to you to give to the customer. Customers with every day multiple deliveries do not have to book on our website. We will bill them weekly. Customers with everyday multiple deliveries will make a deal a agree to send us a delivery manifest with pickup and delivery address and the number of items going to each address.
the delivery manifest is the agreement signed by both parties. Our company and there company.
and we will send invoice every Thursday and expect payment every Friday.
Tell customers we have a dispatch delivery software system to manage all delivery and all our drivers have delivery app for tracking. We are fast and accurate.
For each deliver and all items under 40 pounds there is a $25 service fee + 3 per mile + $3 per package
for (Example) if the first delivery of the day is
4 miles with 5 packages to the same location the price will be
$25 Service fee
$12 For total miles
$15 For total packages
Total $52 for one delivery with multiple items/packages less then 40 pounds going to the same location.
For larger delivery items/Packages 40 pounds and greater
$65 service fee + $1.5 per mile + $5 per item/package
for (Example) if the first delivery of the day is
4 miles with 5 packages to the same location the price will be
$65 service fee
$6 for total miles
$25 for total packages
Total $96 for one delivery with multiple items/packages less then greater then pounds going to the same location.
The customer will receive signed proof of delivery with fax or email or view it on our website booking page
Explain to customer that these prices can be adjusted lower if they give us there business
and the customer will make final invoice payment directly on our website through payment method
