System Admin Staging Project - Deployment Testing in Microsoft Environments

My organization has developed a server client application that needs to be test deployed. Our code is relatively simple so the performance testing should not be too extensive. It has limited functionality and is essentially an integration developed to leverage a MS Office Product and another Enterprise Management System. However, it needs to be test deployed on several different system configurations. We are looking for someone who can take the reigns on this project and do the following:
1. Create 6 (1-demo/5-test) different server client images in Azure. We have a license to Azure and MSDN for this but are willing to accept alternative methods to stage these environments. All system configurations will be MS products and are different variations of OS/Server, SQL Server, and the MS Office Product.
2. For the 5 test environments, we will need deployment testing performed on to ensure our application can be easily installed, configured, and communicate with the right pieces.
