update oracle database on responding mail

From my lotus mail I want to update records at oracle database.

For example

I want to receive a mail triggered from oracle database to my e-mail asking for current work location and the e-mail is like one below

Hi xyz,

Let us know at which location you are working

Click YES if you are working at Asia

Click NO if you are not working at Asia

Thank you.......

The above e-mail asks for a response on clicking yes or no the database have to be updated.
