I need someone to write a one time executable for land line phone calls for me. Probably knowledge of pycall and asterisk would be necessary. Price is subject to increase depending on complexities and increased capabilities of program. We can decide by the hour or flat fee. IF person is knowledgable than project would require small time BUT I appreciate knowledge and would pay the appropriate flat fee.
