I need some help with my startup and who will genuinely interested let's join us but I have one condition I not be able to pay "u" because I not have any amount of bank balance and other resources so first once a start a startup I sure never see to back. who will seriously work with us than I explain the startup plan/Business model.
Basically I want a team :
- Basic requirement of team meets divided by groups.
- 1st group is who has good skills of preparing a better business plans and also had a strongly decision making skills.
- 2nd group is who has good skills of e-commerce analytics, good knowledge of advertisement, marketing and brand promotion.
- 3rd group for Developers who has good experience of website development, Algorithms development, software development, Database programming, android and iOS development.
- All the requirements of team meets for very good knowledge and skills it is not a important for any work experience of any company.
*... If you join with us as a partner the most important is trust first between 2 sides not first a money then will be making a revenue.
*... If join with us as a staff / employee can ₹ earn well but you wait till the once a company startup to make a revenue.
