Musical interval recognition

Looking for someone to build an application that identifies intervals between notes played or sung/hummed sequentially. Preferably a "live" recognition (i.e. intervals identified and displayed while they are being played). Input: series of hotes, Output: series of intervals with indication of whether played up or down.
