We-writing a C# Class in Python (Conversion)

Hi there!
The goal of our project is very simple, however, it requires a very good knowledge of Python language.
Briefly, we have this Class called "Enctypex" written in C# which is used for encoding byte arrays, and we want to re-write in Python.

However our solution is not complete and does not produce the same result as the C# code.
We would like you to complete the Python script and make sure that both scripts produce identical results!
