Simple facade to (Google) Maps API

Your task is to provide simple java module which using google maps api or another.
Input:
Input is two international postal codes (source and target) and restrictions.
Restriction which must have implemented:
- avoid highway
- avoid payments
- avoid ships
(as the same as in Google Maps app)
Restriction which really nice to have:
- avoid some country in planned travel
Output:
Must have:
Result is link to map which shows travel.
Result contains information about how many kilometers is to drive in each country.
Result contains information about unavoidable payments for example: travel by Tunnel la Manche. Eventually provides list of places which travel is driven by.
Nice to have:
information about how many kilometers is to drive in each region of the country.
