C# Hidden VNC

I need a software which can establish hidden VNC connection between my clients after they opened the executable.
The VNC connection, while browsing the internet needs to have the same browser as the original user.
OPTIONAL: also would be nice, if the VNC connection could copy the cookies. Will pay extra for this feature.
