bot trading in uniswap exchange

I require a bot with a web UI that does automatic buying on Uniswap (v2?) and sending to Ethereum based smart contracts
This should likely connect to my metamask wallet via a very basic web based UI
Task 1
I input the Eth smart contract address, address and the moment it lists on Uniswap it will execute buy orders according to parameters I set (gas, gwei, slippage, amount, number of buys)
Task 2
To be able to execute sending of ETH to smart contracts at a certain time. For instance if a token sale opens at 03.00 we will want it to configure to execute exactly at the time to send ETH to a smart contract with preconfigured gas/gwei etc.
