We need a script or executable that can be scheduled on Windows to periodically run a predefined Quickbase report and save the results as a CSV file.

1) This program must be able to be run on Windows

2) Must accept the output filename & directory, Quickbase login details, application, table & query IDs as input either on the command line or edited into the command file by us
