I am asking for construction drawings for a triplex I am building. I have the rough sketches in .pdf format, and would like to have them made up to official building plans that can be taken to the city of Ottawa for a building permit application. I also have the zoning by-laws for reference. Engineering specs for the roof will be a bit tricky, as the height limit at 8m means the rooms in the top floor will exceed the height restriction. However, I am looking to use dormers across the top floor to give plenty of space. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
