Social media Manager who can design post and write content

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Social Media Manager based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. As a leading organization in our industry, we strive to maintain a strong online presence and engage with our audience effectively. We are looking for a creative and skilled individual to join our team and take charge of our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

2) Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3) Create compelling and visually appealing content, including designing posts, graphics, and videos, that align with our brand guidelines.

4) Write engaging and relevant content for social media posts, captions, and articles to attract and retain our target audience.

5) Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.

6) Implement social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase audience participation and brand visibility.

7) Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive and professional online presence.

8) Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.

9) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

10) Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms and tools.

Requirements:

1) Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

2) Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

3) Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

4) Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

5) Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and engaging social media content.

6) Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7) Knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.

8) Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.

Resides in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai .
