Google/Youtube Ads Specialist for Dropshipping Business

We are a large volume Dropshipping Company with 12 stores that does 8 figures annually with Facebook Ads. We are looking for someone to run Google/Youtube Video Ads on one of our stores, because a previous long-term employee had to leave the position due to personal/family issues.
We are using Youtube Ads because it is a video platform that can fully showcase our products and is easily transferable from Facebook.
