Get users for an app giving merchandising on colleges

I’m looking for a freelancer to help me to gain users for an app specifically tailored towards college students. The app focuses on merchandising, including items such as apparel, accessories, home decor, and more! My target demographic is college students, so I will be relying heavily on On-Campus Advertising to reach the most people.
The key feature and selling point of this app is that it includes a unique social network specifically designed for college students. This gives them a chance to connect with each other and discover products that their peers are enjoying and buying. There is also a reward system in place to further engage users and grow user loyalty.
