Shopify Collection Filter

Hello. I need to fix my Filter on the Collection page. I want to be able to regulate a number of rows that I want to show on collection page. Also right now it shows max 35 rows with 4 items per row and there are no buttons at the end to see other pages ( rest of the collection).
Knowing Liquid programing language and being Shopify Expert is a MUST.
