Report - SEO Analysis For Ecommerce Website

This Project is to conduct an SEO Analysis on my new e-commerce store. This project will be awarded to two different bidders, the results will then be cross examined. My expected cost for this work is $100 Flat Rate for each bidder.
The report is expected to have the following aspects. For Each point there MUST be:
1. summary on the role the item plays in SEO specific to my site.
2. analysis of the CURRENT condition or effectiveness of that item on my site.
3. A List of all recommendations to increase the effectiveness of that item. Remember the Final Goal is to increase CHECKOUT Conversions.
Word Count is indicative only and may be enforced if report is not detailed enough. Some items such as 'home page layout' will require a great deal more analysis and descriptions then title tags for example. Screenshots and images should be used to suggest better web layouts or to better illustrate points.
The report Will cover the following items (all word counts are a minimum and are indicative only, if fewer words can be used and still be of high standard with required info then thats fine):
Title Tags (200 words)
Meta Tags (200 words)
Keyword Tags (200 words)
Page Titles. (200 words)
URL's (200 words)
Internal Linking Structure (200 words)
Duplicate Content (100 words)
Checkout Process (500 words)
Home Page Layout (1000 words)
Category Structure (400 words)
Item Page Layout (400 words)
Page Load Times (500 words)
Ease of Use and navigation (400 words)
Bidders are expected to have an excellent knowledge of SEO and be able to demonstrate previous projects and their ability to provide high quality information. As stated above, project will be awarded to two bidders. My expected rate for this is $100 per bidder. Turn around time is 4 days from award.
