Hi, we are an online gifts retailer and are looking for a creative copywriter to come up with 100% original & engaging SEO-friendly product descriptions for our online store.
The goal of each product description is to capture the main features & benefits of the product and then communicate them in an interesting, engaging and persuasive way.
You will be required to write TWO sets of unique copy per product and I have outlined the specific requirements of each below:
Unique Copy 1:
- Product Caption (8 words)
- 3 x Bullets (15 words)
- Long Description (200 words)
- Keyword-rich Short Description (25 words)
- Keyword-rich Page Title (60 characters max)
- Item Specification (batteries, volume, power, age suitability, material composition)
Unique Copy 2:
- Product Caption (8 words)
- 3 x Bullets (15 words)
- Long Description (200 words)
- Keyword-rich Short Description (25 words)
- eBay Keyword-rich Product Name (80 character max)
Collectively, this is around 600 or so words per product and we are willing to pay up to $3 per description (negotiable depending on your skillset and experience).
This is a high output job as we require between 300-400 such product descriptions written for us per month and the job will therefore suit someone who has a passion for writing, excellent English writing skills and is available full time.
Your spelling (British English), grammar and punctuation skills must be impeccable and we will retain 100% exclusive rights to the written content upon approval + completion (you agree not to reuse or redistribute content for any other purpose).
