We are looking for someone specializing in search engine design that can work to integrate a better search engine onto our business social networking site. We would like to use free search software, such as Apache Nutch or Apache SOLR, to start. The former indexes

web pages, and the latter indexes arbitrary data (in comma-separated or xml format), both using the same underlying engine.

We would set this up on our existing server and need a programmer who can customize the search forms and output, set up the indexing, and for SOLR, integrate into the site code itself so that changes to records are reflected in SOLR's database using the SOLR php client.
