I have short binary files I want converted to a csv integer list, and a csv float list.

I have binary files,, a sample is included below..
they are big endian encoded.
I want to basically apply a data template to them.
The first template is simply a list of signed integers (32 bits).
The second template is a list of 32bit floats.
I want the output in a text file that I can import to excel
I would prefer it be written in Delphi. And I want the input to allow me to input multiple files and it generates the output file names automatically.
