Substance, currently have a requirement to expand a team currently working on a Flash based RIA. The are two key skill area, which may or may not be filled by a single creative developer.
At this point, I cant actually publicize exactly what the application is as it's under NDA - but in it's simplest form it could be described as a form of project management tool for dummies.
We need a Flash developer with good exposure to RIA development in an AS2.0 based environment. The application is currently in the 2nd phase of development and there is a working prototype available. The developer must be completely familiar with OOP principles and have a thorough under standing of the MVC design pattern. The application in question has extensive connectivity to a .Net back-end with communication happening via XML.
We also have a requirement to expand our capacity on the back-end of this projects development, so need some one with excellent c# and SQL experience.

Idealy you'd be based in London, so could work out of our offices, but I will consider off site co-development of rthe right person.
Note - NO agencies (all agencies who contact me will be signed up to as much JUNK mail as humanly possible) and definately no software houses in India - sorry outsourcing just doesnt work.
