Review website testing for useablity

Please do not contact me via Skype as I do not use it unless I am out of the country.

This is a job soliciting your highly subjective opinion, your opinion is subjective and that is what I am looking for.

I anticipate your spending ONE HOUR on this project viewing my web site as a potential client who is purchasing a home would be viewing it to determine if my web site would meet the expectations of an average home buyer NOT a web site design expert. I expect a few paragraphs containing your opinions, of changes you think I should make to clients pick my company rather than another company.........I do not expect an exhaustive technical document.

Within the next 24 hours I wish for you to spend an hour looking at my web site, clicking on the links to provide me with input to tell me what information I have is good for a home buyer, what information is something a home buyer would not read and most of all what is missing.

Does my website QUICKLY provide reasons for a potential client pick my company rather than another company?

I wish to have a recent home buyer or better yet a potential home buyer who is looking to buy a home soon evaluate my web site as a "secret shopper" to tell me what my web site message is saying that is right and what is wrong.

While doing so I wish to determine if there are any errors on my web site navigation wise, spelling wise or any other errors that I should be fixing.
