I'm looking for a programmer who can create me a telegram api software that can do:
1) Register to Telegram with new phone number via Telegram Api
2) Sync 1000+ different phone number contacts via Telegram Api (import contacts all telegram users in phone numbers) The challenge is that telegram has limits on importing phone numbers. If you have a solution on this issue, we can work. Telegram imports number count about 35-50 but I need about 1000+ phone numbers. This limit is ridiculous. The average person's number of contacts is around 300 and 35 is a very small limit. I can increase the budget according to the solution.
