I am implementing a research paper (as attached) in Python for one of my project.

I have the complete code of the paper as well (below link), however I am facing issue in implementing a section of the paper - Detecting Logs with New Content under section 5.

In this case study author has suggested a method to test new logs, hence I want the following.

1. The code implementation is via cli input, so I want the freelancer to refactor the code with logging and exception handling so that It works as normal input python script that can be run on any IDE

2. Want the freelancer to share the code for Detecting Logs with New Content: under section 5 with proper logging, exception handling and pytest
