Python Only: Pull data from excel and populate/format a Powerpoint

This should be a Python only project including a simple pyQT5 GUI, with all code well organized for future modifications.
All requirements clearly outlined in the attached short Statement of Work.
Project objective: pull data from 2 excel workbsheets called “Projects” and “Actions”, located in the same file “[login to view URL]” and fill/format a predefined Powerpoint template according to certain logic and conditions.
Important:
- I need the entire Python code including GUI to be well organized / with comments please so as to make future modifications
- Everything should be packaged also in an executable or some other form that can be run on other computers that don’t have all the Python packages installed
