We are currently seeking a Business Manager to manage our operations and sales effort from a remote location
Job responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction for the business by identifying and developing new business growth opportunities
- Oversee the activities of employees; hire, train and evaluate new employees
- Ensure that operations and sales on track to meet its financial goals
- Develop quarterly sales forecasts and implement budgets
- Prepare reports for senior management and ensure operations and sales comply with company policies.
- Ensure employees have the resources to do their jobs effectively.
- Assess the performance of operations and sales against business goals and plans.
Requirements:
- Has a proven business management background with years of diverse experience especially in the startup business environment
- Is a natural leader that inspires people to achieve more
- Has Impeccable communication skills
- Is an “Out of the box” thinker with ability to adapt to a changing business environment
- Has excellent exposure with regards to information technology

This is a remote, full-time 40 hour per week position with a flexible work schedule.
