A video recording application for iPhone 4 (iOS 4.2) is required with the following features: * When the app is opened it must begin recording immediately. * It must be possible to stop recording and start recording again without exiting the application. * It must be possible to control the focus of the camera by touching the screen as per the standard iOS camera feature. * Recorded video must be 1280x720 pixels. * The framerate must be 24 progressive frames per second only - NOT 30. * Selectable bitrates are preferred, but a locked bitrate is fine if it guarantees 24fps. * The output video codec is at your discretion, but H264 is preferred. The chosen codec must not result in poor video quality. * Audio recording is not required. It may be absent at your discretion. * Captured video must be available to be copied off the device in a standard fashion. All source code must be provided, as well as a pre-built binary for one specified UDID. This project has the potential for future work and features.
