FaceBook Fan Page Configuration

I have set up a fan page at this url for a client <[url removed, login to view]>

and need to further customize the page as follows:

1. Have the Navigation Bar configured this way:

Wall | Info | Welcome | Specials | Videos | Photos

2. Include the attached image on the welcome page

3. The Video Page will feature videos in a monthly competition so I want fans to be able to upload their videos directly to this page, However I want to retain control so that I must approve the video before it can be visible to the the public

Set up the video page so that when videos are posted fans can vote for the video that they think is the best.

A feature must be included that allows only 1 video to be voted for from each unique email address

A feature must also be included that only allows you to vote if you are a fan. Maybe a link can be included that says "Please Become A Fan To Vote" or some similar message, if someone who is not a fan tries to vote.

The whole idea is to use the voting system to grow my client's fan base and there will be a monthly prize for the video with the most votes

4. Photo Page ... Voting for photos will also be allowed so I want to have the same conditions like on the video page

I forgot to add that the Specials Page will feature used cars for sale so I need that page to be a photo gallery that will open up from each picture to show 2 external views of each vehicle as well as a view of their console to show the vehicle's milage.

Because I'm a photographer who is heavily involved in design I take a hands on approach to creative work and like to work closely with a coder to achieve uniquely stunning results.
