Hi,

I need someone to create an entirely new programming/coding language for me... Like C+, C++, Java, Django... I know what I would like it to be but need it done...

Must be language that will allow multi-use and be compatible with basically everything on the internet... I have the name and domain...

This would be incredibly secure and hack-proof...

Finished product must be scalable...

It must be acknowledged that I own the rights to the new language and I must receive all files...

I will not pay upfront for this AT ALL... But milestones are okay... I've been seriously burned on here...

Please respond with full proposal... Cost, timeline, etc...
