Someone to develop a new relatively basic programming language for the visually impaired. Similar to Scratch, but using voice prompts for navigation, and utilizing sounds rather than visual effects that Scratch uses.

Take a look at this Proof Of Concept prototype I knocked together using Scratch. Need to turn this into a professional, stand alone, web based application.
