Wordprss plugin to show a gravityforms form in a modal popup

I need a very small plugin to make it possible to show (and edit) a GravityForms form in a modal popup.
The modal must be one of the scripts that are already delivered with wordpress, no new script. ( example : thickbox )
The GravityForms form must fully work, including the GravityForms Ajax options.

( but as i wrote, i don't want an external script )
Plugin must work on the Wordpress Front- and Backend !!
You have to work on your own server and must have running gravityforms plugin.
( i don't send any plugins or scripts )
Must have the look and feel of the GravityForms backend ( edit entry ).
In casethat you get an example script, this is only work for max a hour.
