Webhook Expert Needed

I have a web application that (currently via Zapier) I'm able to search and locate specific information in a Google Sheet and then PUT that information to a Webhook URL. I then want this same web application to GET that data so it can be used in the application.

- I tried doing a PUT to a Zapier CATCH and then I set my application to GET from the Zapier CATCH URL but that doesn't work. (don't think it's meant to work in that way, but was my attempt at doing this myself)

- I'm guessing I need to be able to host this webhook somewhere? (Google App Engine?, AWS, Azure?)

- The server needs to respond with JSON.

- At first, this will be very low volume, but want to be set up in a solution that is easily scalable, but affordable.

I ask that you write and speak very clear English as I plan to have voice communication with you.

Initially, we'll do a remote session where I show you my application, explain my current setup, and overall what I want to accomplish.

I also want to ensure that by the end of our engagement that I fully understand the setup and that I am able to reproduce/replicate it for myself and others in the future. I have a pretty good understanding of systems and technology, just not programming, but I feel that I should be able to reproduce or model after the setup when completed.
