SOAP integration (client/server) for Woocommerce

Hi there
Looking for someone to create a plugin to integrate and update data from a SOAP server and send data back to SOAP (XML form)
The integration is between Woocemmerce and ERP system
I would like to sync the following -
Product stock changes from ERP to Woo and from Woo to ERP
Website order made from Woo to ERP
The XML is proving lots lots of fields that we can map - so we have two ways of doing it
1. Ignore the rest of the fields - just map the right fields we need
2. Create a configuration panel where we can map ERP field to Wordpress field
