I have 2 separate tasks to be done.

Both are contact forms. One tasks is to create the form on an HTML page, and just write the PHP code on submit to email the form details.

Another is on a WordPress site. I need a contact form created and on submit store these details in a database (for later view) along with an email sent.

My estimate is that these tasks will take 4-5 hours max in total. Budget is max 50$. Will consider any one who can do this at 40$ first.
