We are using GPS trackers that send information thought TCP protocol to specific IP, Port.
(LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, IMEI, SPEED, DATE, TIME, HEADING)
GPS model is GT06 from Concox (CN).
Each GPS tracker has its unique identification number (ID).
Need a person who can:
1) Make a script that receives data from the GPS trackers.
2) Inserts the data and updates it to MySQL table.
3) Can send some command back to the device.

You can use this php script it's for our device model.
Or
-You can use [login to view URL], they are open source and our device worked on their platform but you will have to convert java to php.
