Polling in Angular 4

Need a method which does polling in angular 4.
reuqirements:
1. Every 3 seconds do [login to view URL] to get a record from database for an ORDERID
2. If that orderid is not present in database, resend resend request again after 3 seconds
3. wait time is 5 mins
4. if in 5 mins no data, then display error
5. if order id is found then call function do(something)
6. close subscriptions used. make it work in IE and CHROME
