Overview:
Build a full-fledged API using Laravel, Lumen, or Slim. It consists of:
Integrations:
MySQL or Postgres (with well-designed interfaces should be able to switch to ANY data storage)
Stripe for Task Credit purchases
Bugsnag for error reporting
Docker (local & optional) for environment setup
Redis (optional) lists caching by ETag only, not entire lists
Customer-facing API Endpoints:
The user, once approved by admin, can access the endpoints below registration. Registration is optional.

purchase of task credit using Stripe
list of last ten credit purchases
available credits count
submit a Task with title and description (this is required for users to have available credits - the creation of the task consumes one credit)
list of last ten submitted tasks
Admin-facing API Endpoints:
(optional) anything below requires authentication -
list of last ten users pending for approval
approving a user’s account
banning a user’s account
summary of basic user info (name, email, and address; optional - counter of submitted tasks, purchases, and available credits)
list of last ten submitted task from all users
list of last ten purchases
Definitions:
task credit: single purchase ($89 value) which can be used by the user to submit one custom task
credit count: the total value of available credits, depending on purchase method
