One page IP Manager

I want a simple IP Manager. It is a html-table that lets you manage/inventory the IP-addresses used in a company. You just have to make one php page connected to MySQL.

Design/style the table 100% just like this official example:

Connected to server-side to allow for update/delete directly against db like this:

Columns: IP, Hostname, Alias, Mac-Address, Status, Used/Free and last Action (edit/delete-button). Status is a green or red bootstrap font-icon or symbol of your choice and is NOT editable in the user interface.

Edits should be smooth inline-edits. Once Edit is pushed, button/link in last column is changed to "Update" and "Cancel".

Features just like example, but just to make it all clear:

- To set Used or Free, you should use checkbox or something simple to choose between free/used.

- Search should work just like in in Example 2, live against the database.

- Add row and highligth the row so it is easy to add new records and make sure it is stored.

- Update/Delete row should be supported.

- Paging/searching/sorting should be supported just like in Example 2.

- Design around it should be like attached [login to view URL], please notice the "Add new"-button. Use bootstrap-project. But you don't have to create the menu or make any advanced design, just center/box the data-table in similar way and call the bootstrap-standard-files in header so I have a nice starting point.

You do not have to think about login or security of the page, but make sure that you escape any stored data to avoid SQL-injection.

Do not use object-oriented php-code: I want simple, plain function based PHP. Please make the code easly readable so it is possible to work on it later.
