Need some CSS changes for browser

I had a wordpress website and had a problem on the homepage
on Mac and Firefox, it shows the image of the pier under the video.
i can see the pier image at the top of the video
I had used that image for mobile site but in browser as well it is displaying. so can any one able to fix this issue. I only need the video to run on desktop and i only need the image to show on mobile devices.
Budget is fix max $15 AUD no more then that and it can be done in less then 1 hour for an expert in wordpress, css.
Note: Lower bidder with good review will be hired and will provide 5 star with good review note.
