Need to hide show blocks of data on Wordpress based on country

I need a WordPress developer that can do something for my WordPress blog. I have a pricing page where we can see a column with 4 different memberships. What I want is to display different columns/prices depending on the visitor's country. I do not want to have different pages to be displayed depending on country/IP, I want to have the same page. This page will display one block or another depending on the country. See attachment. It shows the block that I need to be dynamic, for now I will just need to hide the left block based on a list of countries.
For instance, I want to hide block one on Country 1, Country 2, Country 3. If the visitor's IP belongs to any of those countries, the block will be hidden.
I have seen some plugins out there that seem to do what I need but not sure about them.
